SMAI is committed to providing high-performance gear that meets your training standards; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your SMAI account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear to ensure it meets our resale standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
