Short on space but still want cage training? SMAI’s modular half-cage system delivers professional wall and cage work without the footprint of a full competition cage. Designed for flexible layouts, it suits commercial gyms, training facilities, and mezzanine safety barriers.

Built for heavy-use environments, each panel features reinforced 5mm steel mesh welded directly to the frame, eliminating movement, sagging, and safety risks found in cheaper tie-secured alternatives. The welded construction also adds long-term structural integrity.

Impact protection is handled by high-density 230kg/cbm foam padding with zero memory, ensuring consistent rebound and complete frame coverage during repeated strikes. All mesh is double PVC-coated to reduce abrasion, while PVC rip-stop vinyl pads are non-porous, easy to clean, and built for commercial hygiene standards.

Engineered in Australia, the system uses a 100mm steel frame with 5mm wall thickness and a 10mm base plate, pre-drilled for secure dyna-bolt or coach-screw mounting.
