SMAI Boxing Bar

Freely rotating padded boxing bar for the development of boxing agility and speed skill development.

Can be easily mounted at your desired height, and is then further adjustable in height once installed. In order for installation you need to attached on a structural wall. Please consult a building engineer for advice on suitable structural surface for installation.

Once installed the height can be adjusted within a 60cm height range quickly and easily.
